Last month my air conditioner was making a rattling noise and it wasn’t getting as cool as before when we turned it on. So I turned to Yelp to help us out and figure out what was wrong. Ida was the first to respond back to me. We were able to get someone to look at it the next day. Mike came and told us to change the air filter. It really looked like it hadn’t been changed for years! We are new home owners so we had no idea. He didn’t have the right size of filters with him so he suggested getting at Lowe’s or Home Depot. There was no charge necessary even for him coming out there and diagnosing it. Highly recommend. Will be using them again if we bump into any AC/heating problems. They were very fast in responding to my inquiry and so happy that my AC is working properly again! Thanks, Mike and Ida!
